Kallelse<\/strong>
\nSB&K:s \u00e5rsm\u00f6te genomf\u00f6rs den 21 mars 2020 kl. 13.30 p\u00e5 World Trade Center<\/a> i Stockholm. Merparten av underf\u00f6rbunden, 14 av 17, genomf\u00f6r sina \u00e5rsm\u00f6ten p\u00e5 samma plats under f\u00f6rmiddagen. Vilka samt tider f\u00f6r respektive m\u00f6te framg\u00e5r i den gemensamma kallelsen.

Motioner \u2013 15 januari<\/strong>
\nF\u00f6rslag till \u00e4renden att behandlas vid \u00e5rsm\u00f6tet (motioner) f\u00e5r skickas in av f\u00f6reningar anslutna till Svenska Budo & Kampsportsf\u00f6rbundet, underf\u00f6rbunds styrelse samt distriktsf\u00f6rbunds styrelse. Motion ska skriftligen ha inkommit till f\u00f6rbundet senast den 15 januari.

Valberedningen \u2013 15 januari
\n<\/strong>Vill du nominera n\u00e5gon f\u00f6r uppdrag i f\u00f6rbundsstyrelsen g\u00f6r du det till valberedningen senast den 15 januari. Uppge namn, klubbtillh\u00f6righet och kontaktuppgifter till den som nomineras. Valberedningens arbete underl\u00e4ttas om den som nominerar ocks\u00e5 skriver en kort motivering. Nomineringar skickas till valberedning@budo.se<\/a><\/p>\n

R\u00f6str\u00e4tt \u2013 31 januari<\/strong>
\nAlla medlemsf\u00f6reningar \u00e4r v\u00e4lkomna att n\u00e4rvara p\u00e5 \u00e5rsm\u00f6tet. R\u00f6str\u00e4tt har enligt stadgarna de f\u00f6reningar som rapporterat antalet medlemmar samt betalat medlems- och f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringsavgifter enligt f\u00f6rbundets anvisningar senast den 31 januari. Information skickades per mejl till alla medlemsf\u00f6reningar under december, f\u00f6rening som inte hittar sitt utskick kontaktar info@budokampsport.se <\/a><\/p>\n

\n\u00c5rsm\u00f6teshandlingar: f\u00f6redragningslista, verksamhets- och f\u00f6rvaltningsber\u00e4ttelser, samt eventuella propositioner (styrelsens f\u00f6rslag) och motioner (medlemmarnas f\u00f6rslag) ska enligt stadgarna publiceras p\u00e5 f\u00f6rbundets hemsida senast 14 dagar f\u00f6re \u00e5rsm\u00f6tet.
