\u00c5rets f\u00f6rebild gick i \u00e5r till MMA-ut\u00f6varen Josephine Breisch. Josephine vann \u00e5rets SM och vid sidan av sin elitidrottskarri\u00e4r startade hon ett framg\u00e5ngsrikt koncept med tjejtr\u00e4ningar p\u00e5 hennes hemmaklubb som uppm\u00e4rksammades av G\u00e4striklands Idrottsgala tidigare i \u00e5r.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c5rets gala blev i en digital version och s\u00e5 h\u00e4r ber\u00e4ttar Josephine om n\u00e4r hon h\u00f6rde sitt namn presenteras.<\/p>\n

-Det k\u00e4ndes v\u00e4ldigt overkligt n\u00e4r det var mitt namn som kom upp, jag hade aldrig kunnat t\u00e4nka mig att jag skulle vinna. Men jag blev v\u00e4ldigt glad och ber\u00f6rd, det k\u00e4nns v\u00e4ldigt hedrande att vinna titeln \u00c5rets f\u00f6rebild, s\u00e4ger Josephine.<\/p>\n

P\u00e5 fr\u00e5gan varf\u00f6r Josephine blev den som slutligen tog hem priset ber\u00e4ttar hon om sin verksamhet och arbete att f\u00e5 bort de f\u00f6rdomar som finns mot MMA.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Jag tror att mitt arbete med att f\u00e5 fler tjejer att v\u00e5ga prova p\u00e5 MMA har hj\u00e4lpt till att sudda ut m\u00e5nga f\u00f6rdomar kring sporten. Att jag kombinerar familjeliv med att tr\u00e4na och t\u00e4vla p\u00e5 elitniv\u00e5 samtidigt som jag har egna tjejpass tror jag inspirerar m\u00e5nga, s\u00e4ger Josephine.<\/p>\n

Det finns m\u00e5nga i hennes omgivning hon vill passa p\u00e5 att tacka f\u00f6r sina framg\u00e5ngar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Jag skulle vilja tacka mina MMA-brudar, min tr\u00e4nare Roger Landstr\u00f6m, min familj, min klubb Sandviken budo & Kampsportsklubb och alla som st\u00f6ttar mig, s\u00e4ger Josephine.<\/p>\n

Och framtidsdr\u00f6mmarna finns det fortfarande gott om.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Jag vill forts\u00e4tta utvecklas inom sporten tr\u00e4na och t\u00e4vla p\u00e5 elitniv\u00e5! Jag hoppas att jag kan forts\u00e4tta inspirera fler till att b\u00f6rja med MMA, avslutar Josephine.<\/p>\n
