{"id":124995,"date":"2021-03-03T15:44:48","date_gmt":"2021-03-03T14:44:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.budokampsport.se\/?p=124995"},"modified":"2024-07-25T16:04:17","modified_gmt":"2024-07-25T14:04:17","slug":"nu-lanseras-projektet-demokratidrott","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.budokampsport.se\/2021\/03\/03\/nu-lanseras-projektet-demokratidrott\/","title":{"rendered":"Nu lanseras projektet Demokratidrott"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Syftet med <em><strong>Demokratidrott<\/strong> <\/em>\u00e4r att utveckla f\u00f6reningsdemokratin och g\u00f6ra den mer l\u00e4ttillg\u00e4nglig och inkluderande f\u00f6r att p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt attrahera fler m\u00e4nniskor till ett aktivt f\u00f6reningsliv.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5let med projektet \u00e4r att \u00f6ka delaktighet och f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r f\u00f6reningsdemokratin i Budo &amp; Kampsportsf\u00f6rbundet och dess underf\u00f6rbund och idrottsf\u00f6reningar. Vi vill s\u00e4nka tr\u00f6skeln f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra medlemmar f\u00f6r att exempelvis engagera sig i f\u00f6renings- och styrelsearbete.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5r ambition under projektets g\u00e5ng \u00e4r att se \u00f6ver det spr\u00e5kbruk som anv\u00e4nds vid den demokratiska processen och anpassa kommunikationen till ett spr\u00e5k som g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r fler att vara aktiva. Beh\u00f6ver <em>dagordning<\/em> och <em>stadgar<\/em> ben\u00e4mnas just s\u00e5, eller finns det andra mer modernt och inkluderande alternativ vi kan anpassa oss till?<\/p>\n<p>Projektet inleddes formellt den 1 mars 2021 och p\u00e5g\u00e5r \u00e5ret ut.
