EM i BJJ h\u00f6lls i helgen och en som det verkligen str\u00e5lade om var Astrid Sch\u00f6lin.<\/p>\n

Hon svarade f\u00f6r ett storartat m\u00e4sterskap och blev guldmedalj\u00f6r i fj\u00e4dervikt f\u00f6r brunb\u00e4lten.<\/p>\n

– Jag gick tre matcher och alla s\u00e5g lite ut p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt. Det var tufft och tajt. Jag vann f\u00f6rsta matchen p\u00e5 en f\u00f6rdel, den andra p\u00e5 domslut och guldmatchen vann jag p\u00e5 po\u00e4ng.<\/p>\n

Sch\u00f6lin har tidigare vunnit EM-guld, d\u00e5 som bl\u00e5b\u00e4ltare. Men det h\u00e4r var \u00e4nd\u00e5 en st\u00f6rre bedrift och enligt henne sj\u00e4lv \u00e4r det hennes hittills st\u00f6rsta seger.<\/p>\n

– Jag har inte vunnit guld p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r niv\u00e5n innan, s\u00e5 det \u00e4r klart att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r min fr\u00e4msta framg\u00e5ng s\u00e5 h\u00e4r l\u00e5ngt. Det betyder mycket f\u00f6r mig och \u00e4r ett bevis p\u00e5 att det jag g\u00f6r \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt f\u00f6r att h\u00e4nga med de b\u00e4sta.<\/p>\n

Hon kommer att \u201dfira\u201d med lite mindre tr\u00e4ning i veckan.<\/p>\n

– Jag kan nog unna mig att inte tr\u00e4na lika tungt. Men snart \u00e4r det upp p\u00e5 h\u00e4sten igen och full satsning mot VM i sommar.<\/p>\n
