T\u00e4vlingen liknar de galor som m\u00e5nga andra kampsporter redan till\u00e4mpar. Det \u00e4r mer show, det finns prispengar och det \u00e4r mycket PR-verksamhet i sociala medier och i media generellt, s\u00e4ger Bj\u00f6rklund till budokampsport.se.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; T\u00e4vlingen \u00e4r i \u00f6ppen klass, det vill s\u00e4ga inga viktklasser och det \u00e4r endast \u00e5tta deltagare i vardera dam- och herrklassen. Uttagningen har skett p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt &#8211; n\u00e5gra har blivit speciellt inbjudna, medan andra har f\u00e5tt kvalificera sig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mirjam, hur har du f\u00f6rberett dig?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Jag har jobbat med att bli snabbare och mer explosiv. Matchen kommer vara intensiv och jag m\u00e5ste r\u00e4kna med att kunna h\u00e5lla ett h\u00f6gt tempo under en l\u00e5ng tid. Det har med andra ord blivit mycket fys- och konditionstr\u00e4ning. Min tr\u00e4nare hj\u00e4lper mig med den tekniska tr\u00e4ningen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad \u00e4r din m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Jag vet att de b\u00e4sta i v\u00e4rlden deltar och att n\u00e5gra \u00e4r betydligt tyngre \u00e4n mig. Rent teoretiskt \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r chanserna sm\u00e5. Men jag har tr\u00e4nat h\u00e5rt och har jag en bra dag, s\u00e5 hoppas jag kunna visa mig v\u00e4rdig platsen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad betyder det f\u00f6r dig att bli uttagen till en s\u00e5dan h\u00e4r t\u00e4vling?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Jag bryr mig inte s\u00e5 mycket om \u00e4ran eller pengarna, d\u00e4remot kan jag gl\u00e4djas m\u00f6jligheten.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; F\u00f6r mig \u00e4r min egen utveckling det som \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r mig. Erfarenheten \u00e4r v\u00e4rdefull och t\u00e4vlingen en unik m\u00f6jlighet, att f\u00e5 m\u00f6ta de b\u00e4sta i v\u00e5r idrott, f\u00f6r att veta hur jag ligger i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till dem. Sedan \u00e4r det f\u00f6rst\u00e5s roligt att f\u00e5 vara en av de personer som deltog p\u00e5 den allra f\u00f6rsta upplagan av t\u00e4vlingen.
