\u201dKampsport \u2013 ett verktyg f\u00f6r att skapa en meningsfull fritid f\u00f6r ungdomar\u201d<\/h3>\n
\u00d6rebro Fightgym IF startade h\u00f6sten 2021 med m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningen att skapa en MMA-klubb i \u00d6rebro d\u00e4r ungdomar och vuxna kan utvecklas i en sund milj\u00f6. F\u00f6reningen har allt fr\u00e5n glada motion\u00e4rer till professionella fighters. \u00d6rebro Fightgym IF har cirka 120 medlemmar fr\u00e5n 12 \u00e5r och upp\u00e5t. Majoriteten \u00e4r killar, men allt fler tjejer s\u00f6ker sig till f\u00f6reningen vilket ses som v\u00e4ldigt positivt.<\/p>\n
Lokalen ligger p\u00e5 Aspholmen i \u00d6rebro. I huset finns ett antal f\u00f6reningar, allt fr\u00e5n f\u00e4ktning till dans och MMA. Ut\u00f6ver styrelse och huvudtr\u00e4nare finns det cirka tio ytterligare tr\u00e4nare. Under v\u00e5r och h\u00f6st 2023 hade f\u00f6reningen ett samarbete med RF-SISU d\u00e4r barn och ungdomar i omr\u00e5det Baronbackarna erbj\u00f6ds m\u00f6jlighet att tr\u00e4na MMA p\u00e5 fritidsg\u00e5rden i omr\u00e5det. Samarbetet blev sedan en del av Idrottsklivet vid \u00e5rsskiftet 2023\/2024.<\/p>\n
M\u00e5lgrupp och vision<\/h3>\n
M\u00e5nga ungdomar v\u00e5gar kanske inte testa kampsport. \u00d6rebro Fightgym IF erbjuder dem sporten p\u00e5 ett l\u00e4ttillg\u00e4ngligt s\u00e4tt. H\u00e4r ses kampsport som ett verktyg f\u00f6r att skapa en meningsfull fritid f\u00f6r ungdomar. F\u00f6reningen har \u00f6verlag en stor efterfr\u00e5gan. M\u00e5nga ungdomar tittar p\u00e5 MMA och vill b\u00f6rja tr\u00e4na. Genom sporten g\u00e5r det att p\u00e5verka dem i en positiv riktning.<\/p>\n
F\u00f6reningen har Baronbackarna som fokusomr\u00e5de. Omr\u00e5det r\u00e4knas som ett utsatt omr\u00e5de med allt det inneb\u00e4r ur olika perspektiv. \u00d6rebro Fightgym IF ser kampsporten som ett otroligt verktyg att p\u00e5verka m\u00e4nniskor positivt. H\u00e4r har man erfarenhet av att allt ifr\u00e5n os\u00e4kra ungdomar till br\u00e5kstakar p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt lyckas hitta sig sj\u00e4lva genom tr\u00e4ningen.<\/p>\n
