P\u00e5 fredag kliver Lisa Pihl in i VM i BJJ som h\u00e5lls i Long Beach i USA.<\/p>\n

Pihl kommer att t\u00e4vla i -74kg f\u00f6r brunb\u00e4lten.
\n– T\u00e4vlingsdags p\u00e5 fredag, ser verkligen fram emot det! Jag har jobbat h\u00e5rt mot mitt m\u00e5l att g\u00f6ra allt jag kan f\u00f6r att lyckas p\u00e5 VM! Tack vare hj\u00e4lp av fyscoach, mina tr\u00e4nare Jonathan Thomas och Alec Baulding och de senaste veckornas h\u00e5rda sparring p\u00e5 Atos, k\u00e4nner jag mig redo. V\u00e4ntar ot\u00e5ligt p\u00e5 att det skall bli fredag.<\/p>\n

Med vilken m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning tar du dig till VM?<\/strong>
\n– Mitt m\u00e5l \u00e4r att ta en bra medalj. Med r\u00e4tt mindset har jag all potential med det arbete jag lagt in. Jag k\u00e4nner mig stark och redo. Samtidigt har jag ingen press p\u00e5 mig d\u00e5 jag varit borta ett tag fr\u00e5n t\u00e4vling och kunnat bygga om min Jiu Jitsu fr\u00e5n grunden med mina tr\u00e4nare. Jag \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt tacksam att jag f\u00e5tt m\u00f6jligheten att g\u00f6ra detta. Det skall bli kul att f\u00e5 testa hur l\u00e5ngt dessa tekniker tar mig.<\/p>\n

Vad tycker du sj\u00e4lv att du har blivit b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 inom BJJ, den senaste tiden?<\/strong>
\n– Det mesta tycker jag nog… F\u00f6rst\u00e5elsen f\u00f6r spelet, att pusha tempot och teknisk utveckling p\u00e5 det.<\/p>\n

Hur kul ska det bli med ett VM?<\/strong>
\n– Jag ser v\u00e4ldigt mycket fram emot att f\u00e5 kliva upp p\u00e5 t\u00e4vlingsmattan igen mot v\u00e4rldens b\u00e4sta och kommer att njuta av varje sekund.<\/p>\n
